How long do I have access to a course after purchase?
You receive lifetime access to the purchased course, including all future updates and bonus lessons added to that course’s syllabus.
Do I need specific yarn or tools?
Each course lists recommended yarn weights, fiber types, and needle sizes. We always include lower-cost and plant-based alternatives, plus swatching advice to help you get gauge with what you already own.
Are the courses suitable for left-handed knitters?
Yes. Our demonstrations include mirrored methods where relevant, and each pattern provides left-handed notes when operations differ.
Can I get help if I’m stuck?
Every course has a discussion area moderated by our team. You can share progress photos, ask technique questions, and request feedback. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.
What is your refund policy?
If a course isn’t a fit, request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided less than 25% of the lessons are completed. We’ll review your request promptly.
Do you offer closed captions and transcripts?
Yes. All videos include English captions and downloadable transcripts. Technique-heavy lessons also include annotated charts.
Can I use course patterns to sell finished items?
Personal use is always allowed. Limited small-batch sales (up to 30 items per pattern per year) are permitted with attribution to SereneGlow Knitting Studio.
Is there a learning path for absolute beginners?
Start with Calm Start: Knitting Foundations, then move to Essential Purls & Gauge, and wrap with Your First Scarf Project for a complete foundation.
How do Fallows work?
