You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.
3. License to Content
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for your own learning. Redistribution or public performance is not permitted.
4. Payments and Refunds
Prices are displayed in USD and may change. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course is completed. Taxes may apply based on your location.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe intellectual property rights of SereneGlow or others.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, teaching materials, and patterns are the property of SereneGlow or its licensors and are protected by law.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SereneGlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
